The Ant Philosophy

In 2 minutes I'll show you how to avoid living a mediocre life... (This will separate you from the 99%)

1. Take full responsibility for your life. The 99% often blame their jobs, blame others, blame anything and everything but themselves as to why they're in their current position in life. The moment you accept responsibility for yourself, you will be driven to become better.

2. Be extremely clear about the life you want. Make a 5 year plan and write the steps to achieve the end result, starting in reverse. Visualizing the end first is critical to getting there as success requires clarity.

3. Wake up earlier. Unless you are truly a night owl, get up and utilize all the hours of your waking time. Until you make it, you don't deserve to roll out of bed on a Saturday at 11am, you've already wasted your morning.

Think of all the things you can get done in the morning: • Exercise • Read • Plan • Meditate • Work on the most important tasks you have The beauty is that usually, the early hours is when you can get the most done uninterrupted as not many others will be awake.

4. Learn more than anyone else. If you spend an hour a day viewing courses or reading, you will be far more knowledgeable than the typical person. Aim to read a book every 2 weeks at the very minimum and you'll have an unfair advantage over others.

5. Never give up on what you truly want. This path is not for the faint-hearted and it can be very easy to give up the moment things get tough. Not you though, you're a winner and you know you have to be uncomfortable in order to succeed.

6. Master your emotions and be ecstatic. The average person is either bored, agitated, or annoyed, or all three. If you want to avoid mediocrity, force yourself to be excited with life!

7. Use your time wisely. Our time is finite, avoid wasting it as much as you can. Learn to say no to things that will not move you forward to your goals. Imagine where you can be in 1 year if you stop going out unnecessarily and just focused!

8. Take risks. Take every risk you can and embrace every fear because we only regret the chances we don't take. Successful people take risks despite not knowing all the outcomes but self-belief always prevails.

9. Be able to delay gratification. Mediocre people always want that fresh hit of dopamine, lack patience and find it hard to stay on track. All your hard work will compound and the fruits of your labour will come. You just have to stay patient but keep working.
