There are 582M entrepreneurs in the world. Most of them suck at building systems. They make them complex, redundant, and stressful to follow. Here's how I build systems for my $200M biz:

A lot of people hate systems. They think they're boringβ€” Or hard to use. And honestly, I agree. But not for the reason you think.

Bad systems: - Add complexity - Reduce clarity - Slow down the process This is a recipe for disaster.

Good systems focus on two things: 1. Make the work easier 2. Allow you to get more done faster This makes working funβ€” And ultimately leads to more $. So how do you build them?

Here's the six-step process I use to build my systems πŸ‘‡ 1. Identify the goal (what needs done?) 2. Identify the steps (how do we do it?) 3. Identify the crap (what can we simplify?) 4. Test the system 5. Optimize the system 6. Document the system

I hope this helps at least one of you build better systems. If it does, I'd love to hear about your success :)
