So lets talk about Break even When framing any good setup, you must have your points of invalidation,a point at which when price reaches your whole idea of buying or selling become invalid. They are points at which we place our stoploss.

Stoploss must be placed according to structure and not how much money do you want to loose, your percentage risk per position is what determines what lot size you should use, depending on the structure simply the lower the stoploss the higher the lotsize and viceversa

When price starts to move maybe after few pips many of us shifts our stoploss to break even, here comes the question do you know the meaning of shifting your stoploss to break even? What creterias did you consider for your decisions?

Lets take example you are buying any instrument and your stop loss is 15 pips, after price moves when you breakeven it means that you are no longer bullish when price come to test the same price point you entered

So this being the case many traders end up being breakeven ans the price goes to the same direction they anticipated because of early breakeven which mostly caused by fear, but sometimes caused buy gready

In a sense that a person over leverage by opening many position or a position with bigger lot then breakeven when price moves 20 pips.....so how can we solve this situation ? πŸ‘‡πŸ‘‡πŸ‘‡πŸ‘‡πŸ‘‡πŸ‘‡πŸ‘‡

πŸ‘‰First of all calculate your risk well and your stoploss should be structure based, πŸ‘‰For you to break even make sure price creates multiple highs/lows(new formations)when price create new area of focus then you can break even at the first area where you have your entries

πŸ‘‰Always remember when price starts a bullish/bullish move it will comtinue being bullish untill the structure proves you otherwise, thats the reason some traders use trailing stop for their takeprofit model

Lastly make sure you have logical higher timeframe targets but be flexible to move out of the trade when odds are no longer in your favorπŸ™‚πŸ™ƒ
