It’s okay to be sad. It’s okay to have moments. It’s okay to cry. It’s okay to have moments of anger, frustration, sadness, loneliness, confusion, or being lost. The trick is to not stay there. Pick yourself up, dust yourself off, and start pushing forward.

I’m not trying to tell you that this is or will be easy. For some of you, this depression, sadness, anger, being lost, loneliness, or whatever you are fighting Is debilitating.

I know a lot of you are struggling today. I still have those days, more than maybe I would like to admit but I always fight out of it. I truly believe that you can do the same. Never give up and keep fighting to get where you need to be.

I believe in you. You deserve to give yourself a fighting chance. After all, you are probably the biggest project you will ever work on.

This is still your journey. This journey isn’t over. Take the paintbrush and change the canvas. Take the pen and change the narrative. I know your next chapter can be more beautiful and amazing than ever.
