Q2. What a usual day looks like for you at the company? It will help to understand your role better from the perspective of someone whoโ€™s already at the company. Ask follow-up questions to understand your team and project better.

Q3. What are the leave structure and work-from-home policy? Donโ€™t hesitate to ask this question. Companies adapted to hybrid setups during the pandemic. This question will help you access how flexible the company is in treating its employees.

Q4. How long is the notice period in the company? The answer could be an indicator of the level of empathy that exists in the companyโ€™s culture. A 30-day notice period is the standard industry norm.

Q5. Do you have a financial unit set up? How are my taxes taken care of? This is a must-ask specifically for startups. This question serves as a good indicator that the startup is prioritizing the right things
