MUSIC, FREQUENCIES, & VIBRATIONS We talk a lot about mindfulness on my page. I want to bring awareness to what sounds you allow to enter your auditory field. In this thread we take a look at the effects that Music, Frequencies, and Vibrations have on your Mind, Body, & Spirit.

Everyone loves music & beautiful sound. It brings people together, both in the literal sense (concerts/festivals) but also figuratively in that all of us can appreciate the raw talent & beauty behind spectacular music. To me music is undoubtedly a net-positive for humanity.

That said, music has a dark side as well. There are many examples of music and frequencies being used to negatively influence the masses, Let's dive deeper into the positive effects that music and frequencies can have on us, as well as some of the negatives.

We're going to start with music's effects on water. You might be wondering "how on Earth could music possibly effect water? And even if it did, what does that have to do with us as humans?" But you mustn't forget that human beings are ~70% water. Of course it effects us.

Dr. Masaru Emoto is a Japanese scientist who studied how the molecular structure of water transforms when it's exposed to human words, thoughts, and SOUNDS. I highly recommend looking into his research because it's wildly interesting. But today we'll focus on the music portion.

Dr. Emoto took photographs of the molecular structure of water using Magnetic Resonance Analysis technology and high-speed photography.

The results show that classical music (specifically Symphony No. 40, Mozart) moves the water molecules into beautiful, symmetrical, crystalline patterns Whereas heavy metal music distorts the crystalline formations, with the water molecule appearing haphazard & broken See below

This should have you asking - if water is effected by the music it's exposed to, what does that mean for me & the music I'm exposing myself to? Is it positively influencing my emotions, body, & spirit? Or is it hindering my health and ability to fully express my Self?

Hopefully this small example will bring a mindful awareness the music you're listening to. An understanding as to whether or not it is raising your vibrational frequency, or lowering it. At the end of this thread I'll post playlists that I believe help raise your vibration.

FREQUENCIES: Frequency = is the number of cycles, or vibrations, per second. With sound this is measured in Hz. Vibrations are the basis for everything in life. Every vibration has it's own frequency, and exposing yourself to positive vibrations can be incredibly healing.

There are two main frequencies that we're going to discuss today. 432Hz and 528Hz. Let's start with 432Hz.

Music tuned to the 432Hz frequency is known to transmit beneficial healing vibrations. The greatest musicians in the world, such as Mozart, based their music on the 432Hz scale. There are even ancient cultures that used this tuning. It has been found on antique instruments.

Why did these musicians/cultures choose this frequency? What did they know? In order to understand that we have to learn about the Schumann Resonance. This is the frequency, the natural vibration, of our Mother Earth.

The 432Hz Frequency resonates with the Schumann Resonance. This was demonstrated mathematically by Swedish mathematician and musician Hans Cousto. See pic below for a more detailed breakdown of the math:

So 432Hz resonates with Mother Earth. What about 528Hz? 528Hz also resonates with a planet, but not ours. If we use the same mathematical formula as above with Saturn, we find it shares a resonance w/ 528Hz Saturn has great significance astrologically and in ancient religions.

Curious indeed. So what are the benefits of these frequencies for us as human beings? 432Hz is considered the frequency of creativity, insight, and intuition. It has also been shown to reduce anxiety and lower blood pressure/heart rate.

528Hz is known as the Love and Miracle tone for it's positive influence on well-being. This frequency is found in nature in grass, oxygen, rainbows, sun rays, and the buzzing of bees. There's a study that shows in increases UV light absorption in DNA (Link in replies).

Given that there are proven scientific health benefits to these tones, you would expect that all instruments remain tuned to one of these healing frequencies. ...right? Unfortunately, that's not the case.

There was a time in history where all instruments were tuned to either 432Hz or 435Hz. Governmental agencies around the world began to push for a 440Hz tuning fork to be used for instruments, especially in the early to mid-1900s.

The Rockefeller Foundation had an interest in making sure the USA adopted the 440Hz standard. If you think they had our best interests in mind when pushing for this decision, I'd encourage you to read @MrSollozzo's thread on John D. Rockefeller's influence creating Big Pharma

In a paper entitled ‘Musical Cult Control’, Dr. Leonard Horowitz writes: “The music industry features this (440Hz) imposed frequency that is ‘herding’ populations into greater aggression, psycho social agitation, and emotional distress predisposing people to physical illness.”

I don't want to peddle the tin-foil hat stuff too hard, but I do think it's interesting that there was motivation from well-known evil-types to make changes to the frequencies we listen to. Having awareness of this lets you consciously expose yourself to healing frequencies.

If you have the knowledge to try and avoid music & frequencies that lower your vibration You can also seek out and listen to frequencies that raise your vibration. I would highly encourage you to do so! Music can be incredibly healing for your Mind, Body, & Soul.

There are many more healing frequencies than what I've discussed here - we touched on the two main ones. I'll post playlists below this tweet so you can explore them yourself. Included will be some that I've created that will help raise your vibration w/ beautiful sound.

Want to quickly give a shoutout to @Forque23 for assisting with some of the art - give him a follow! If you found this tweet educational or interesting it would mean the world if you'd RT the first tweet. Hoping to reach as many as possible. May your vibes stay high always!
