3. It's all about making the first step It doesn't matter which task is at hand, once you make the first step - you're on the right path. Walking to the gym is much more important than the actual workout when it comes to establishing the habit.

4. Make time for what matters You don't lack time, you lack priorities. Prioritize your good habits over time-wasting activities. Instead of doom-scrolling on social media, do something productive that requires actual effort.

5. Surround yourself with the right people We are a mirror of our closest environment. If your friends are busy doing unproductive things, it will be hard for you to escape the same routine. Connect with people who have the same goals as you do.

6. Let go of perfection If you fail to do what you wanted to do, don't get discouraged. It's not actual failure that kills your discipline. It's the demotivation and giving up that follows. Be kinder to yourself and agree to do better next time.
