Bryan Johnson sold his company to PayPal for $800 million in 2013. Since then, he's been investing millions to reduce aging. In 2021, he reduced his epigenetic age by 5.1 years in 7 months (World Record) Here’s a breakdown of his “Blueprint” and my own experience with it: 🧵

@bryan_johnson created "Project Blueprint". It aims to measure all 70+ organs of Bryans's body and then reverse the biological age of each as much as possible. Bryan reduced his epigenetic age by 5.1 years in 7 months by following it. From age 47 to 42.5. How did he do it?

Step 1: Meal Prep 3 meals daily: 1. Super Veggie. 2. Nutty Pudding. 3. A third that varies and consists of vegetables, nuts, seeds, and berries.

Upon waking: The Green Giant 4 oz of water Spermidine, 2 Tbsp chlorella powder, yielding 13.5mg spermidine Amino Complex 7.6 g Creatine 2.5 g Collagen Peptides 20 g Cocoa Flavanols 500 mg Ceylon Cinnamon 1 tsp 1 Tbsp of Extra Virgin Olive Oil [3] Morning pills

Super Veggie: Black lentils, 300 grams Broccoli, 250 grams Cauliflower. 150 grams Shiitake or Maitake Mushrooms, 50 grams Garlic, 1 clove Ginger Root, 3 grams Lime, 1 Cumin, 1 Tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar, 1 Tbsp Hemp Seeds, 1 Tbsp

Nutty Pudding: 50 mL Malk Almond Milk 3 Tbsp ground macadamia nuts 2 tsp of ground walnuts 1 tsp of ground flaxseed 1/2 brazil nut 1 Tbsp non dutched cocoa 1 tsp sunflower lecithin 1/2 tsp ceylon cinnamon 1 cup berries 3 cherries 2 oz freshly squeezed pomegranate juice

Step 2: Supplements Bryan takes about 25 pills everyday

Step 3: Track progress. Bryan has had 100s of measurements taken. Some are standard, such as biofluids and fitness scores. Some are advanced, such as MRI and ultrasound. And some uncommon, such as lungs, nerves, hearing, and intestinal tract.

But the blueprint is more than food and supplements. It's also a combination of daily exercise, great sleep, and a skincare routine.
