Ab workout anyone can do anywhere

There are 5 levels. Perform each exercise for 30 seconds, rest for 30 seconds, and repeat 2x more. Then move onto the next level. Keep going until your form breaks down, then stop. Comment your level below.

Make sure your entire back is flat on the ground at all times (your lower back will have a tendency to pop up, AVOID this). Keep your hands besides you, not under your butt. Once your entire back no longer completely touches ground, stop, that’s your level. Let’s start:

Level 1 – Bicycles -Pretend you’re pedaling, making wide circles with your legs

Level 2 – Single leg drops -Start with both legs together perpendicular to the ground -Lower your left leg until it almost touches the ground, keeping your right leg straight -Raise your left leg back up, and lower your right leg down

Level 3 – Alternating leg drops -Start with your left leg parallel to the floor and your right leg perpendicular to the floor -Raise your left leg up as your lower your right leg down -Keep alternating

Level 4 – Double leg drops -Start with both legs perpendicular to the ground, and lower them until they are parallel to the ground -Raise your legs back up, keeping your knees as straight as possible the entire time

Level 5 – Walking to heaven -Start with both legs perpendicular to the ground, and lower them until they are parallel to the ground -Take 4 steps up and push your heels to the ceiling lifting your lower back off the ground -Lower back down
